Bei der VendCon 2022 demonstriert das Unternehmen wie KI zur Erkennung von Konsumenten vor Verkaufsautomaten eingesetzt werden kann. Hierbei wird mit Hilfe einer Kamera die Person vor dem Gerät erkannt und eine auf das Alter und Geschlecht angepasste Produktauswahl vorgestellt. Außerdem zeigen wir auf, wie in unserem Backend eine Auswertung von vorbeigehenden Kunden, interessierten und kaufenden Kunden gemacht wird. Genutzt wird hierzu unter anderem eine Erkennung von Bluetooth-Geräten in der Umgebung. Diese Technologie basiert auf unserem neuartigen SaaS KI- und IoT-Softwareökosystem Clea und wird datenschutzkonform direkt auf dem Gerät ausgeführt.

Weiteres Highlight auf dem Messestand ist das KarL4. Das Gerät ermöglicht kontaktloses Bezahlen mit der Girocard, MasterCard und Visa Karte. Das Bezahlterminal läuft dabei ganz ohne PIN Pad (TOPP) und erlaubt auch auf Wunsch eine schnelle Altersverifikation. Es ermöglicht ihren Kunden sicher und intuitiv kontaktlos Beträge bis 50 EUR ohne Eingabe der PIN zu bezahlen. Hierdurch wird eine sehr kundenfreundliche Handhabung erreicht: Karte zücken, anlegen und bargeldlos bezahlen. Das System zeichnet dabei zum einen die besonderes einfache Integration in moderne HMIs, sowie zum anderen eine sehr einfache Nachrüstbarkeit aus. Darüber hinaus umfasst unsere Lösung neben der Hardware auch alle Leistungen rund um die Zahlungsabwicklung wie Telemetrie und die Annahme und Abrechnung der Zahlungsvorgänge über einen Acquirer.

At VendCon 2022, the company will demonstrate how AI can be used to recognize consumers in front of vending machines. With the help of a camera, the person in front of the machine is recognized and a product selection adapted to age and gender is presented. We also show how an analysis of walking by customers, interested and buying customers is made in our backend. This is done, using, among other things, a detection of Bluetooth devices in the environment. This technology is based on our innovative SaaS AI and IoT software ecosystem Clea and is executed directly on the device in compliance with data protection regulations.

Another highlight at the booth is the KarL4. The device enables contactless payment with the girocard, MasterCard and Visa card. The payment terminal runs entirely without a PIN pad (TOPP) and also allows quick age verification on request. It enables your customers to make secure and intuitive contactless payments of amounts up to EUR 50 without entering their PIN. This makes for very customer-friendly handling: pull out the card, apply it and make cashless payments. The system is characterized on the one hand by its particularly simple integration into modern HMIs, and on the other hand by the fact that it can be retrofitted very easily. In addition to the hardware, our solution also includes all payment processing services such as telemetry and the acceptance and settlement of payment transactions via an acquirer.
